Description
Our client is looking for a Account Manager to join their team
Manage one or multiple customer accounts on a long-term basis.
Create and present product marketing material / white papers.
Create and Manage Service Request Agreements
Gather and clarify customer requirements
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their accounts
Oversee all workstreams for Customers
Maintain roadmaps for individual customers.
Explain product pricing to customers
Retain and maintain an acceptable customer satisfaction level.
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Take information about pricing, costs, competitors, and company goals to develop strategic plans for their client Prepare reports on account status.

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager
Outspoken, demonstrable people skill
Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organisation with virtual teams
Successful people management experience
Strong MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
