JOB DESCRIPTION

We are on the lookout for a well-rounded and financially astute natural leader who is talented at administration, to be responsible for ALL non-Clinical aspects of a renowned hospital.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing Payroll
  • Patient Billing
  • Procurement: Drugs, Pharmaceuticals and Consumables; Food Stuffs for Kitchen & Coffee Shop; and Non-Clinical items such as cleaning etc.
  • Central: Stores; Laundry; Kitchens; Housekeeping
  • Treasury & Cashflow Management
  • Maintaining a Financial Daily Dashboard
  • Stock Control
  • Payment Runs
  • Security
  • Drivers
  • Maintenance
  • Overseeing Debtors & Creditors

Requirements 

  • 5 years’ experience in Administration Management required.
  • Degree / Relevant qualification in Business Administration required.
