JOB DESCRIPTION
We are on the lookout for a well-rounded and financially astute natural leader who is talented at administration, to be responsible for ALL non-Clinical aspects of a renowned hospital.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Payroll
- Patient Billing
- Procurement: Drugs, Pharmaceuticals and Consumables; Food Stuffs for Kitchen & Coffee Shop; and Non-Clinical items such as cleaning etc.
- Central: Stores; Laundry; Kitchens; Housekeeping
- Treasury & Cashflow Management
- Maintaining a Financial Daily Dashboard
- Stock Control
- Payment Runs
- Security
- Drivers
- Maintenance
- Overseeing Debtors & Creditors
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in Administration Management required.
- Degree / Relevant qualification in Business Administration required.
