 Responsibilities

  1. In charge of making sure that the client is billed and reminded to transfer payments
  2. Responsible for paying salaries, benefits, vendor bills, daily business costs, travel costs and any other costs that arise
  3. Responsible for office upkeep
  4. Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  5. Handling external or internal communication or management systems Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  6. Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  7. Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post

 

Qualifications

  • Associate certificate, diploma or degree in Administration or Secretarial work is required

Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting.
