• This officer will be required to provide on-going support to the maintenance and enhancements of the technical infrastructure of CSSS-II which is a mission critical system. The duties include :
• To participate in the procurement of computer equipment and services
• To monitor the performance of the CSSS-II server platform and system environments
• To coordinate with application development teams on the on-going support and testing of the CSSS-II system
• To provide system administration, monitoring and support for the CSSS-II system environments
• To assist in providing support on disaster recovery for CSSS-II system environments

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 2 years of working experience as an Analyst Programmer

• The candidate must have:

• Solid experience in the implementation of server virtualization infrastructure for large-scale system
• Solid experience in enterprise-grade Linux server
• Experience in large-scale system infrastructure and high availability system configuration

The job requires the following mandatory skills:

• 2 Years x JBoss Application Server
• 2 Years x Server Virtualisation Technology
• 2 Years x Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
• 1.5 Years x Work experience with/in the Government
• 1 Year x Disaster Recovery Planning
