We are looking for a Bookkeeper to run with our Creative Auto division using our accounting system. The individual should have a strong understanding of accounting/ bookkeeping and should have vast experience in a similar position.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Managing the ecocash platform from ensuring the merchant code is funded, payments are done efficiently, and all transactions are posted in the accounting system.
2. Bank reconciliations of payments received.
3. Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
4. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
5. Comply with company reporting requirements
6. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Head Accountant

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance
