Leading and supervising on-going projects within the Building & Maintenance Department ensuring operations run smoothly, providing guidance and oversight to semi-skilled personnel so that tasks are properly carried out within the expected time frame.

Duties And Responsibilities
1. Supervising semi-skilled workers (Plumbers, Builders, Painters and Carpenters) under Building and Maintenance department
2. Assist the Quantity Surveyor in the generation Bill Of Quantities for all Building and Maintenance activities
4. Collaborating with Procurement and Stores for resources/materials
5. Transcribing and interpretation of building working plans
6. Renovation of Houses and Toilets within company premises
7. Generation of reports within the Building and Maintenance department as assigned by the relevant authority
8. Perform periodic performance appraisals for subordinates

Qualifications And Experience
• Certificate/Diploma in Civil or Construction Enginnering
• Qualified Artisan Carpenter-Joiner/Plumber or Bricklayer
• At least 3 years proven hands on experience in Civil and Construction projects.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Good people management skills
• Computer literacy in MS office packages
• Clean Class 4 driver's license will be an added advantage
