The consortium
A consortium of two women’s rights organisations working on enhancing the capacity of women to effectively occupy public office seeks the services of a consultant to develop a Coaching and Mentorship Toolkit for use by aspiring women leaders. The consortium values leadership training approaches based on the use of one-to-one mentorships to enhance aspiring women leaders’ individual’s skills, knowledge and leadership qualities and therefore seeks a consultant who can develop a toolkit that speaks to these values.

Position summary
The consultant must be able to work legally in Zimbabwe. The consultant must be able to develop a Coaching and Mentoring Toolkit for aspiring women leaders and have experience in developing such toolkit and available immediately

Consultant
Incumbent must possess the following qualifies: Experience in developing Coaching and Mentorship Toolkits for feminist leaders; Experience as a mentor and coach for women leaders; Proven experience in women political issues in Zimbabwe; International and or regional experience in gender and politics ; Substantive knowledge of and experience in women’s political participation and women’s leadership; Experience in working and communicating with diverse and multicultural groups; Demonstrated political impartiality and no current partisan political affiliation and at least 3 traceable references.

Qualifications
A minimum of a social science degree and relevant Master’s Degree plus 8 years’ experience carrying out similar assignments.
