At least a certificate in Hotel and Catering or equivalent qualification
Five or more years of experience as a cook
Capable to prepare and cook meals following preset menu in accordance with the Health and Safety Regulations
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, beef, poultry and other foods.
Maintain a clean and safe working area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
