Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe is looking for competent Customer Experience Supervisors. The position is responsible for managing customer experience and loyalty programs across all the service delivery channels for the business as well as provide back-office technical and system support. Incumbent is also responsible for the monitoring of all team members that are customer interfacing to ensure service efficiency is delivered.
