The objectives of the position:

Main Duties:
1. Implementation of the project
• Providing preventive and responsive Sexual Gender Based Violence Interventions for adolescent girls and young women with disabilities.
• Supporting caregivers, families and communities to establish and maintain active, surveillance, reporting and responding the SGBV violations again adolescent girls and young women with disabilities.
• Provide support to the Department of Social Services to establish disability help desk at Harmonized Social Cash Transfers pay points in targeted districts.
• Provide support to DSS to properly assess cases of children with disabilities and document them for follow up and support • Provide mentorship on the management of cases of Children with disabilities in targeted districts using the National Case Management framework Support the DSS to establish and maintain a coordinated approach to handling cases of children with disabilities through various Platforms including District Coordination Meetings.
• Provide support to DSS to coordinate access to justice services by children
• Ensure clear communication between Department of Social Services, other government departments and partners involved in the program in targeted districts
• Provision of administrative support of program activities

2. Project reporting
• Participate in collecting and entering data and their analysis; • Write a monthly activity report for the supervisor;
• Collaborate in the activities report.

3. Routine follow up of administration and finance procedures
• Submit timely transport request and ensure the availability of logistics during visits
• Respect IT and Administration procedures – specific attention to scan of computers to avoid viruses + regular backup of program documents
• submit timely stock request orders
• respect of financial and admin procedures
• share issues and solutions, achievements and get guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Degree in Social Work
• Working experience of at least two years in Primary Health Care
• Should be able to work with minimal supervision
• Should be computer literate (Microsoft word and excel).
• Ability to work in a remote area
• Should be a team player
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be flexible
