Formulate & deploy a sound E-Commerce strategy
Merchandise the website with the right products, i.e., top 20 retailing
Ensure maximum customer shopping experience online
Conduct periodic market research on online global customer shopping trends and make adjustments to offering accordingly
Engage online customers and refine website merchandising & content
Manage E-Commerce staff
Define and perform routine E-Commerce performance metrics & compile monthly reports
Manage logistics for products purchased online
Collaborate with other functions that are critical for E-Commerce operations
Oversee & monitor all technical intervention by IT on the website
