Vacancy : EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

The position requires an individual with:-

• Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree in Media related area.
• Bachelor of Arts Degree in a Media related area.
• An excellent understanding of the use of Audio editing software like Audacity and Logic Pro

• The ability to edit and upload UP Sounds for live Radio Productions.
• A good understanding of the concept of production and radio programs in the areas of news and current affairs, Radio Documentaries, Radio Talk Shows, Radio
• Discussions, Music Shows and Drama.
• More than one year of University teaching Experience in the Media.
• Knowledge of software like Adobe Encoder, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro will be an added advantage

Duties and responsibilities

The successful candidate must be able to:-

• Oversees program production processes
• • Be in-charge of all programs produced by all station producers
• Assigns programs ideas to station producers
• Supervise scripting, proposal writing for all program genres
