Description
Our client, a Consultant in the Development sector is looking for a versatile results-driven, unique individual to fill in the Finance and Administration portfolio.
Skills, Competencies and Minimum Criteria
• Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts in Pastel.
• Process payments.
• Meet regulatory Zimra, Zimdef and NSSA obligations (payments and returns)
• Timely payment of Bills (Water, Electricity, Rates, Internet)
• Process payroll using Belina
• Maintain institutional records
• Review and monitor project budgets
• Process leave applications
• Manage day to day administrative issues
• Ordering of office stock (bond paper, pens, tea, coffee etc)
• Ensure support staff are effectively doing their duties (garden and office cleaning)
• Any other Finance and Administrative duties.
Qualifications
• A recognised accounting degree from a reputable institution
• An HND in Human Resources Management and a secretarial certificate an added advantage.
Skills
• Financial Literacy (Pastel)
• HR Management Experience (Belina)
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Good communication skills
• Multi -tasker
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong emotional maturity and ability to take ownership and accountability
