JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Design exceptional menus, oversee preparation of meals and ensure quality control
Identify customers and effectively market the catering service
Lead and manage F&B team
Stock ordering and purchasing
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Set up and monitor stock control systems and produce monthly report accordingly
Constantly review product range to ensure set quality standards are maintained
