Our client, an upmarket & extablished guest house in the northern suburbs of Harare, is now looking for an experienced female Guest House Manager to join them.

The Guest House Manager has a varied role of responsibilities and duties within this upmarket Guest House
Ensuring the front office runs smoothly, meeting & greeting guests
Administration & office duties
The client is looking for someone who has been in hospitality and understands the hours
There are two shifts per day - 6am to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 9pm
The shifts are on a rotation and will include the odd Saturday or Sunday
They must have a car to get to work and live not too far away from the northern suburbs
This position is not suited to anyone who has young children

Key Skills
Must have excellent admin & organisational skills
Must be very good at dealing with people and making sure their experience is a priority
Highly presentable - someone who takes extreme pride in themselves
Ability to manage staff and be proactive
