Description
DUTIES
• Perform basic tasks including painting and cleaning facilities
• Perform repairs on equipment and appliances
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs
• Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter mechanical failures and breakdown
REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in electric engineering or other relevant qualification
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Previous experience in a similar an added advantage
