Our clients are a dynamic Advertising Agency looking for a qualified, experienced candidate to head their Human Resources department.

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete lifecycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing , assessing and selection and Onboarding. Work closely with leadership to pro-actively understand workforce requirements and attract best talent. Be responsible for continued implementation of a compelling employer brand that best represents the company's unique culture. Identify sources of attracting the best talent across all business units. •Business Partnering: You would be working as an independent partner to Business Unit heads at the company and be responsible for their engagement, development and growth. As a business partner you would be expected to be an ally / a friend to this group and help them navigate successfully in their roles. A lot of managers at the company are first time managers, your role would be to help them build strong people practices within their teams. You would be working very closely with the leadership team to draw a consistent growth plan for the managers. You would be expected to role model the company culture and be an ambassador for our values. •Learning & Development: the company strongly believes in learning each day and continuous development. We are a young team and believe in building leadership pipeline from within. You would be required to identify learning needs along with the leadership team and design short as well as long term development plans for individuals. Design and delivery of Skill building programs, creating a culture of resource groups and mentoring would form important elements of Learning & Development initiatives. •Performance Management and Operations: You would be anchoring the quarterly performance management cycles and drive on-time and efficient scorecard and review processes. You would be required to oversee employee records, relevant statutory compliances, policy design and implementation. Establish efficient HR communication channels and foster a high-performance driven culture. •Compensation & Benefits – Review and manage all compensation and benefits related deliverables, ensure fair implementation of the compensation design. Work closely with leadership on identifying areas that can be improved on Cost and Benefit from time to time. Work closely with Finance team to ensure smooth payroll operations. •Team Management – As the lead for the HR team you would be responsible for the HR team’s performance and growth. You would work as a mentor to the team •Employee Retention - Responsible for developing and creating effective (monetary and non-monetary) retention strategies to decrease staff turnover and increase employee job satisfaction

Key Skills
As professional background, someone with 10-15 years of experience in core Human Resources and exposure to all aspects of HR, including – Business Partnering, Talent acquisition and Management and HR operations, managing Compensation and Benefits is required. A prior team handling experience will be preferred. You should have keen interest in connecting with people at all levels and have demonstrated agility in managing HR deliverables. A focus on maintaining fair and objective processes to weed out any biases will be crucial for success in the role. You must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and be able to not only connect but guide and mentor people in realising their aspirations
