Description

Our client is a large FMCG company based in Bulawayo looking for someone to head their marketing department.

Develop and create business strategies
Introduce policies
Budget and forecasting management
Interdivision collaboration nationally
Ensure the company achieves its goals
Achieve sales of $5million per month
Produce a customer count of 16,000 per week in all stores
Achieve simply excellent score of more than 80% nationwide (measured against store checkups, mystery shopper and basket size).
National brand establishment with a brand visibility and brand recognition targets. This also includes merchandising management and in store communications for all commercial store partners. Ensure brand management strong and consistent across all marketing channels.
Campaign management towards specific targets.
Customer service, call centre and relationship management targets
Research and design of product development for the market
Develop strategic relationships
Safe guard brand visibility in all current and new stores
Product launches
Packaging development
Staff management
Manage all print media and signage
