Description
Applications are invited for the above position that has risen in our Human Capital Department at Standards Association of Zimbabwe.
Performs recruitment, selection and placement activities for vacancies for non-management staff;
Deals with matters related to promotion, discipline, transfer and retirement for non-management staff;
Collates and processes Paywell payroll
Assists in the Strategy Development process
Implementation of Performance management systems (Balance Score Cards)
Regular review of all aspects of conditions of service, code of conduct and grievance procedures for staff to ensure their continued effectiveness in consultation with Human Resources Manager;
Ensures the maintenance of a harmonious industrial relations climate;
Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures to staff.
Implements and manages on-boarding programme.
Coordinating the training processes across the Organisation.
Maintains employee records and paperwork
Coordinates and maintain the implementation of Quality Management System, wellness activities and occupational Health and Safety.
Degree in Human Resources or Social Science discipline or equivalent qualification
IPMZ Diploma an added advantage
Minimum 3 years work experience
Must have good knowledge of Labour laws in Zimbabwe
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management System
