Description
A well-established Pension Fund based in Harare is inviting applications from suitably
qualified and experienced persons to fill the below vacancies on a six (6) months,
renewable contract. The incumbents are to start immediately.
1. INVESTMENT OFFICER
Reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager, the incumbent's key responsibilities will be as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management of the investment function, implementing investment decisions.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly reports on investments.
• The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and deciding investments that will enable organisational growth.
• Maintain and update Risk Register which shows possible risks, how to share the risk and the impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Have at least 5'O' Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
• Have at least 2 'A' Levels.
• A degree in Finance or equivalent. A professional qualification such as CIS, CIMA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
• At least 2-3 years relevant investment experience.
• Exposure in Pension and Insurance management is a must.
• Computer skills such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation.
• Knowledge of Sage Pastel is a must.
