Property Development Opportunity
The Zimbabwe YMCA is seeking a Partner in a Build-Operate-Transfer development of their owned property in the Mabelreign Township of the City of Harare.The development of this property will assist the YMCA in the achieving its Mission of Empowering the Young People of Zimbabwe for the Africa Renaissance.The Zimbabwe YMCA was founded in 1968 and is part of the Africa Alliance of YMCA's which is the largest Pan-African Movement serving Young People. The Mabelreign YMCA site development is a critical component of an overall revitalization plan for the Zimbabwe YMCA.

Zimbabwe YMCA believes it needs a development partner in order to make the highest and best use of this valuable asset.

Work/Educational Requirements

YMCA expectations of Agreement
Ongoing cash flow from the development; retain ultimate ownership of the property; use of space in the development for administrative offices, meetings and training programs (approximately 500-700 square feet); be a participant in detailed site plan design.

YMCA as a Project Partner
Will assist developer in creating the Highest and Best Use of the property; will support developer in securing Project Funding.
