Our client is looking for a Lead – Innovations and Business Development to join their team.

Participate in the development, execution and evaluation of long term and digital innovations strategies for the company.
Lead cross functional teams in prototyping and pilot testing of solutions, managing, supporting and conducting continuous research adhering to best practice, regionally and internationally.
Manage innovative projects, Develop business cases/plans and conducting Market research
Establish and maintain revenue generating relationships through active participation in new product launching, or expanding the penetration of existing products within current and new accounts
Collaborate effectively with internal team to help build products that are uniquely suited to address unmet client business needs, intellectual capital and enhance the suite of software solutions
Being responsible for overseeing the delivery of platform solutions.
Plan, identify, develop and execute new products, analytics and value added services revenue opportunities for the Company to ensure the organisation stays abreast with new products and services that can be offered.
Continuously review payments landscape through recommending, developing, and implementing new and creative approaches to growing Company`s business.
Responsible for monthly portfolio performance reports, departmental budget and ensuring adherence to set budgets and company policies.
Lead department and cascading the overall company strategy and objectives to team members
Develop and adhere to the approved training plan and ensure closure of identified training gaps.
Provide operational and technical leadership within business development
Participate in departmental/management meetings, performance reviews and training/developmental activities.

3 – 7 years’ experience working experience in a banking and/or financial environment preferably in the area of Innovation, business intelligence analysis or similar.
Appreciation of financial switching/ payments industry

Required Skills

3-7 Years of Experience
A Degree in IT, Commerce, Business Studies, Engineering or similar
Corporate membership to a professional body
