A First degree or Higher National Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality from a reputable university or college with a minimum of 2.1 degree class or Equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet A clean class 4 driver's license - At least 3 traceable references - Minimum 2years working experience The candidate should possess a passion for the tourism industry - Good negotiating skills and very fluent in both written and spoken English
Job Description
• In charge of marketing and advertising services for the company • Retention of customers by making constant follow ups before or after booking / function • Handling all bookings and discussions of quotations • Clientele database maintenance • Website and facebook account monitoring and attending to online bookings and inquiries • Attending to guests' needs and requisitions
