Marketing Manager – Seed Operations

1. The position exists to enhance the marketing and sale of seed products in the most proficient manner that provides value to the shareholder and develop the company`s sales and marketing policies and strategies

2. Conduct research and development in a way that that will increase revenue through the development and maintaining of business on behalf of the organisation and develop a strategic marketing perspective which is based on the market expectations in order to meet company objectives

3. Must be able to liaise with farmers, suppliers, key account holders and various stakeholders

4. Manage the marketing and brand visibility

5. Handle all the media and stakeholder engagement

6. Sales growth, operations and product development

Requirements

1. Marketing Degree A MUST

2. Professional qualification is an added advantage

3. At least 9 years working experience, 3 of them at managerial level

4. Must be well spoken

5. Agriculture experience required
