Youth Alliance for Safer Cities (YASC)is a consortium of Youth led CBOs, groups and individuals whose main thrust is to advocate for the realization, advancement and equality of distribution of resources to the young people. The main mission is to have an improved wellbeing of the young people.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary
The role of this M and E Officer will be to provide support advice and oversight on program level, monitoring, evaluation and learning; The M and E Officer will work closely with the project management team to strengthen the monitoring, evaluation and learning framework. The Incumbent must track regularly track project results and report.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating with the implementation team to develop tools and methods to improve effectiveness; Preparing weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports, Participate and contribute in Project Learning, Documentation of the Organization’s stories; Any other duties as Directed by the Management

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements
A Diploma in project management, development studies, administration; or any equivalent professional qualifications from recognized institutions; Experience working with young people in the NGO environment is an advantage.
