Description

Cassava Smartech is looking for versatile, energetic and dynamic Partner Support Officers to join Econet Life (Pvt) Ltd Team. The main purpose of the position is to provide end to end life insurance administration of on-boarding customers, new business administration, revenue collection, reconciliations and Customer relationship management for EcoSure Customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Result Areas
• Receives and assesses enquires from clients and determine solution.
• Resolves general policy queries for walk-ins, telephonic, e-mails and letters.
• Sells new policies to walk in clients and alternative products to the existing clients, as well as receiving claims from walk in clients and perform first level assessment.
• Manages Group database by capturing submitted group members onto the groups system and generates a report detailing those successful and unsuccessful for communication purposes.
• Implements all groups alterations submitted from existing groups within the set timeline to ensure that plans, cover benefits, premium rates, effective dates of cover selected by the customers are correctly reflected on the system.
• Ensures that all revenue to be collected matches with current month`s expected revenue and that the customers are fully aware of their expected premium before deductions.
• Reconciles revenue collected in the Mobiquity Accounts vs what has been applied to the EcoSure Policy Administration systems.
• Ensures that all billable policies within a portfolio have been successfully billed before collections resume.
• Prepares monthly billing statements for Groups within a portfolio by consolidating new business, renewal and alterations and dispatches to the relevant group executives.
• Generates the Monthly Activity Report detailing subscriber activity ratio for both Individual and Groups.
• Manages stakeholders and ensures a cordial relationship with the group executives and carry out Periodic meetings.
• Ensures that all received queries are resolved within set timelines

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
• A Degree in Insurance/ Risk Management or equivalent
• A professional qualification in Long term Insurance is an added advantage
• 1– 2 years’ experience in a similar or related environment
• Possess excellent communications skills.
