A Real Estate Company is looking for a Principal Registered Agent.

Duties And Responsibilities

• To perform duties of a Principal Registered Agent as prescribed by the EACZ Act
• Sales & Property Management
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Qualifications And Experience

• Selling skills
• Good negotiating skills
• Knowledge of Property management
• Highly knowledgeable in Real Estate laws of Zimbabwe
• Read, close deals, mediate and managing case loads
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Team player
• Professional
• Honest
• Problem solving attitude

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered with The Estate Agents’ Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ)
• Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate from a recognized institution
• Valuation certification is an added advantage
• At least 5Years experience in the same position for a reputable established Real Estate Company
• Clean Driver’s License
