The Consumer Protection Commission of Zimbabwe is inviting applications from suitably qualified Zimbabwean citizens to fill the above mentioned post.
Duties And Responsibilities
Receive the Commission’s clients and refer them to the respective offices.
Answer phone calls and emails from clients.
Maintain calendars for the office and your co-workers.
File important documents and keep them well organized.
Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
Qualifications And Experience
Key Skills
Written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service. Multitasking and prioritizing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Higher National Diploma in secretarial studies or a first Degree in the relevant field.
At least two years post qualification experience as Receptionist.
Certificate or Diploma in Customer Relationship Management shall be an added advantage.
