Job Summary

As a receptionist, you will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions on the guests and visitors.
It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, visitors, and members, help them with directions or any appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure that each client (in person or via telephone) is welcomed warmly, cheerfully, and professionally with minimal delay
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is kept clean, tidy, and uncluttered at all times
• Manage incoming & outgoing calls, mail, receipts, stationery, and any other material
• Provide administration support as needed from various departments as required
• Develop and maintain adequate knowledge of service providers, various Staysun branches, and processes to deal confidently with clients
• Helping maintain workplace security as necessary by checking intercom calls, gate entrance and maintaining visitor logs.
• Ensure that all visitors are compliant with Covid 19 safety procedures
• And any other duties that may arise

Qualifications And Experience

Diploma in Administration, Secretarial or related field
• At least 2 years work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Excellent presentation and strong customer service skills
• Competency with Microsoft packages (including Word and Excel) and telephone systems
• Well organized, reliable, well presented, and have attention to detail
• Bubbly, confident, professional, and possess a “can-do” attitude
• Self-motivated team player, mature-minded
• Able to relate well to people of all ages
• Willing to learn and accountable
• Energetic and possess a positive mindset
