  • Receives and records incoming mail
  • Files and dispatches mail to various recipients with and outside Council
  • Mends Files
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 O Levels including English Language and Maths/Accounts
  • Certificate in Records and Archives Management or equivalent
  • Must be computer literate
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
