- Receives and records incoming mail
- Files and dispatches mail to various recipients with and outside Council
- Mends Files
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 O Levels including English Language and Maths/Accounts
- Certificate in Records and Archives Management or equivalent
- Must be computer literate
- At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
