Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and results oriented individuals to fill the above position within a food processing company. Ideal candidate responsibilities include: Key duty is to sell all company products to known and new customers. Manage customer relations with all current and known customers. Look and engage potential customers for all our products lines. Keep a data base of customers so that they are always communicated with concerning stocks, process etc. Achieve set targets for the areas of responsibility and for all products lines. Make sure that all products lines are in all outlets in your area of your responsibility. Negotiating personally all the orders from outlets that fall under your responsibility or through the team underyoursupervision. Write up weekly, monthly and trip reports for all areas that fall under your responsibility. Supervision of Team Leaders and merchandisers under your responsibility. Taking charge of negotiations and offloading rates in area of responsibility when deliveries of products are done. Liaise with Sales Coordinators on your areas” stock requirements. In case of any returns or price reductions, to ensure correct paper work is done. Initiating and running Sales Promotions in your Region to help push sales volume. Oversee Snack Shops and staff that fall under your area of responsibility. Gathering market intelligence and relaying information to superiors Debt Collection as directed by Superiors.

  •  Requirements of the Job Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or any related qualifications. Must be a seasonal sales and marketing expert with at least 5 years' experience at Managerial level. Must be a vibrant and have dynamic personality with a lot of energy. Strong leadership skills, plus ability to build and foster a positive team environment. Must have initiative, drive, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should have a demonstrable track record of achievement.
