■Recruiting, training and supervising kitchen and canteen staff
■Manage customer relations and liaising with suppliers and overseeing stock levels
■Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, safety and health guidelines
■monitoring safety standards and controlling kitchen costs

Qualifications And Experience

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications,preferable a person with expertise in Food and Nutrition skills,knowledge in hotel tourism and hospitality, with at least 3 years of practical experience in related field, also with traceable reference
