An experienced Restaurant Supervisor is required to join a new upmarket restaurant. The ideal candidate will hold a National Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position. Responsibilities will include allocating tables and reservations and coordinating between all the staff of the restaurant. Applications are invited.
