Our client is a well-known automotive company looking for an experienced Sales Manager to head the Sales Department of their dealerships.

Establish and monitor the team’s training requirements to ensure the required level of skill and expertise is available
Implement performance management, coach and develop the team to improve performance
Allocate resources to optimise seasonal and promotional peaks
Drive performance to achieve key targets and deliver continuous improvement
Manage day to day operations of the Sales team to ensure the achievement of key targets
Set and monitor individual and team performance against agreed new and used vehicle sales and profitability targets, supports and motivates team members to achieve targets
Ensure the Sales team have full knowledge and understanding of product, promotional and marketing activities
Ensures team display all advertising and point of sale literature as directed by the manufacturer
