Description
One of our clients is looking for a suitable and qualified Sales Manager to join their team.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Drive topline numbers: MoM and YoY growth
• Understand Channels and customer dynamics. Propose and lead sales strategies
• Ensure channel wise growth
• Drive availability and visibility through direct team as well as indirect merchandising team
• Review and analyze merchandiser reports and make reports actionable.
• Train and mentor the team below through on job training.
• Understand competitive dynamics and track competition activities: Report and suggest actions
• Spend considerable time in the market and drive GTM initiatives.
• Keep track of POS elements. Work closely with the marketing team to design trade schemes and instore activation plans
Qualifications And Experience
• Degree in marketing / related field
• 6-7 years of experience working in FMCG related field
• Go getter and self-driven individual
• A high degree of business acumen
• Determination and perseverance
• Relationship management skills
• Strong focus on results
• Ability to work in a constantly evolving dynamic environment with no structured guidelines.
