Duties And Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Preparing quotations and invoicing for walk in customers
• Processing payments
• Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions as quickly as possible.
• Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration
• Updating the product inventory
• Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
• Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied

Qualifications And Experience

• Diploma or 1st Degree in Marketing or Sales.
• Minimum age requirement is 25yrs.
