Description

Administrative Support Services: Be the anchor person for the whole orgnisation
Candidate must possess at least college/polytechnic diploma, 1 -4 years’ experience.
• Receive and screen clients and direct them appropriately
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing and collating reports
• Filing, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases and website
• Prioritising workloads
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Provide bookkeeping services
• Documentation, recording, reconciliation, summarization, and reporting of the financial transactions of the Company.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and financial statements
• Posting of journal entries, review of supporting documents, periodic reconciliation of accounts, preparation and consolidation of schedules and audit requirements and systematic filing of records.

 Good MS Excel skills

 Experience in quickbooks and added advantage
