JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
Carry out frequent client contact, typically by telephone, but also in-person and by email; resolve client inquiries and complaints
Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services
Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, payments and filing the completed orders, preparation of Vehicle quotations ,pro-forma and Invoicing
