Web Developer - x1 (Mobile Developer/Web Developer/
API Developer): (Head Office)
Reporting to the Systems Analyst, the successful candidate will design, code and modifying websites, portals and API's according to the Authority's specifications.

Duties And Responsibilities
Key Outputs
• Design and maintain web-portals and web applications that can run on all devices including mobile phones.
• Perform website updates.
• Develop, validate and test routines and schedules to ensure the test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Backup website files to local directories for recovery.
• Identify and correct issues from website clients.
• Evaluate code to ensure it meets industry standards, is properly structured, and is valid and compatible with browsers, devices and operating systems.
• Determine user needs by analysing technical requirements.
• Develop API's for integration with internal and external applications.

Qualifications And Experience
Qualifying Requirements
• Diploma in Information Systems.
• Certification in C# or ASP.Net is an added advantage.
• 3 years' experience.
Key Competencies and Characteristics
• Solid knowledge and experience in programming and web applications.
• Strong knowledge C#, ASP.Net, HTML and CSS is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
