I had a 1 year experience as an HR& Admin intern at Tobacco Industry and Marketing Board where was responsible for the recruitment and selection process, updating employees databases, assist in payroll management, formulation and implementation of policies, preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. I possess this following skills: customer service, teamwork ,employee relations and scheduling. I also grasp some concepts of Procurement where l was responsible for registering suppliers, sourcing suppliers and purchasing products .
